• Mutizwa is a seasoned business leader with 30 years’ experience including as CEO of Zimbabwe`s largest listed entity Delta Corporation Limited 2002 to 2012;

• He is a former political prisoner during war of independence;

• He was trained at Oxford (Said Business School) and HEC-Paris in Consulting and Coaching for Change;

• Mutizwa is also a managing partner of Pathways Africa — a Leadership Coaching and Consulting firm;

• He is an author of leadership books and developer of leadership content for online learning;

• He has chaired a number of boards including Star Africa Corp., Afdis Ltd., Jsm Capital LLC, Chairperson at Infrastructure Development Bank of Zimbabwe and Mega Pak Zimbabwe Ltd;

• Mutizwa holds a MBA degree from University of Zimbabwe.
